Playing in a casino/tourney

I am familiar with the hands and what beats what in poker, but have never played in a casino/tourney.

Can anyone advise me on where to learn how to wager in poker. What I mean by how to wager, I am not familiar with things such as:

10/20 or 2/4 something like the that.

The button. The term "Muck"

I know everyone is delt to 2 cards, and then you have to wager to stay in.

Also, what is the River, the Flop and I maybe missing something else as well.

If I wanted to play in a casino, what type bankroll do I need, couple hundred, couple grand?

Also, any suggestion of websites I can read on the terminology and how the wagering takes place.

There is ur glossary...i would advise u go yo 1 of the .net sites...fulltilt.net, pokerstars.net sign up and play the free LIMIT games there. that will get u up on how the game plays out. There are also a few instructional videos on youtube...
